The birthday weekend did NOT disappoint. We escaped to Tiny Oasis, tucked away in the Hidden Valley hinterland. Today’s guest was my own mum. At the ripe old age of 47, she became a first-time mum… then thought, “Why stop there?” and had another at 50.

We chatted about the rollercoaster of IVF, becoming a mum later in life, and why life doesn’t always follow the timeline you expect.

We also spoke about why health and longevity are such huge priorities for Mum and Dad. Having kids later means every extra healthy year counts, and they’re doing everything they can to stick around for as long as possible. by @hol_hartedly

Nate is the head coach at @fitstop_aspley , but this chat was less about the workouts and more about the people behind them.
