Volume 4 of @musicforiran_wlf is out today! Featuring 26 previously unreleased songs from some amazing artists who have come together to show solidarity and support for the people of Iran. These songs are largely unavailable on other streaming services so head to out bandcamp to check it out. (www.wlfmusicforiran.bandcamp.com / see link in bio).

We are a charity compilation project focused on raising funds and awareness for Iranian liberation through the power of art and music. All proceeds from this volume goes to Iranian grassroots charity @free_themnow (www.free-them-now.com) who are campaigning for the release of political prisoners, providing funds for displaced families and helping people having to flee Iran to find safety.

Today is also bandcamp Friday where bandcamp don’t take a fee for the day so it is the best day to get it!
🤍🌸✊🏽

Tune in to @slackcityradio today from 5pm for our Music For Iran radio special where I’ll be talking about what’s happening in Iran, playing some favourite Iranian tunes and spotlighting some compilation tracks across our 4 volumes.

Announcing our next compilation mix, out on bandcamp on December 6th! This one is slightly different, a solidarity mix raising money for Pal3stinian charity @thesameerproject who are helping to provide shelter for displaced people in G@za 🇵🇸 and Pal3stinian filmmaker and activist Buthina Canaan Khoury who is based in the West Bank and currently helping families between there and G@za by raising funds for aid and campaigning for P@lestinian rights. 🍉

We have 30 amazing artists who we’ll be announcing within the week. The compilation is out on December 6th, consisting mainly of unreleased material 🎶

Today on International day of solidarity with P@lestine we call on everyone to do everything in their power to fight, speak out and resist powers of oppression. Don’t let genocide be a normalised narrative that casually runs alongside our everyday lives.
🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸🍉🍉🍉🍉🍉🍉

Our two previous volumes with Music For Iran which are raising money for Iranian charity @free.themnow are also still running on bandcamp and our work with them continues alongside the Palestine Solidarity Mix, so please also consider checking those out if you haven’t already (links in our bio)

Please follow @musicforiran_wlf for more news and info to come 🙏 🌸 by @holidayghosts
