Ooof….As I navigate and evolve on my own path as women’s wellness & skin health practitioner I’m becoming more and more aware of how I present myself and my offerings.

For example, I used to use the phrase “facial rejuvenation” a lot in my marketing, and now I try to focus on “long term skin health” which has less focus on youth and beauty as the ideal.

I don’t always get it right. 💕

But, my core values as a practitioner are solidifying around providing support, education and options for women to make their OWN choices about the bodies and strike their OWN definition of balance that serves THEM, without judgement.

I’m not against Botox! 🖤
But, as time marches on, “preventative” and excessive Botox is starting to show us its downsides.
