🪞 Comment 125 to learn all about aging well with Cosmetic Acupuncture, Microneedling and more! This one is packed full of value 🥰

Glowing skin starts from within, but how do you combine internal balance with external results?

In this episode, I am sitting down with skin expert and acupuncturist Stefanie Makagon @holistic_skn to explore the world of cosmetic acupuncture and integrative skincare. From Microneedling and LED therapy to Gua Sha and Buccal massage, Stefanie shares how to create real, lasting results by treating both the body and the face.

In this episode, you’ll learn:
• The difference between Cosmetic acupuncture vs Microneedling, and when to combine them

• How tools like LED light, Gua Sha, and Buccal massage enhance results

• Why treating the root with TCM Diagnosis is essential before focusing on the face

• Simple, effective skincare: barrier repair, minimal products, and treating acne holistically

If you want to elevate your cosmetic treatments or better support patients struggling with skin issues, this episode blends TCM wisdom with modern skincare strategies. 💜

I had so much fun shadowing at Ancaster Advanced Women’s Health this summer! From sitting in on visits about menopause, perimenopause, insulin resistance, hormone health, and fertility, to learning about beauty, skincare, “no-tox” treatments, and gua sha - I gained so much insight from this amazing team who reminded me why I started this journey in the first place.

Thank you to the incredible practitioners and staff for welcoming me and inspiring me every day!

✔ Relaxes facial muscles + softens expression lines
✔ Restores calm + radiance from the inside out
It’s not anti-aging — it’s well-aging. 💫

Perimenopause, but make it holistic 💁‍♀️

Our Perichaos & “No-Tox” event brought together an incredible group of women for thoughtful conversations, acupuncture demos, and holistic support for navigating perimenopause.

We’re so grateful to everyone who came out and contributed to such a meaningful night 💗

Huge thanks to our event sponsors:
