I wrote this rap in 2024, a month after my songsa had a miscarriage. It was a catastrophic moment in both our lives. It's crazy listening to this a year after, knowing I'm a dad now. I'm so grateful God gave us a second chance 💯 #miscarriage #depression #rap #therapy #mentalhealth taken in Lowell General Hospital by @homeboyrab

This was such an experimental song for me, and there were a lot of financial constraints for the music video. Nevertheless, I had a lot of fun seeing it all come together. Since this is the first summer I'm a Father, I wanted to capture the moment with a summer song, so it'd be a new-form nostalgia for my son. It's really interesting seeing myself as a dad in a music video, I was so tired filming this. I'm still so tired now. Let me know if you can spot my music influences!
