2024 Year of the Dragon recap 🐉:

January I did a @bridgecyph video feature verse at @hustle_killer for my Koldest verse yet 🥶 Had to start the year strong and improved

I only dropped 1 song this year in December but don't be mistaken, I was really grinding and keeping myself busy. I really evolved through my feature verses; my collaboration with @tamai_kosuke "Travel Ticket" and how we met went viral in Japan; it was cool to meet you in Boston and see the love and support we got from Japan. Tamai also filmed/edited the video and mixed/mastered the song alongside making the beat, please follow him he's so talented.

Also want to s/o my guy @onesonclang for feat me on his song "Let Me Sleep" where we exchanged 32 bar verses; I haven't written a verse that long for a song, felt great to really challenge myself and reach another level going back to back with a dope MC. Oneson Clang also recorded and edited the video

I rocked it with @hiphopexlab at Harvard for their 8th Annual Can't Stop Hip-Hop conference, s/o to @ayshadances who was director and made this all possible with her hard work and vision

I dropped a music video for my song "Kold Spring Morning" from last year's Stay Kold EP my first project; the video celebrates Chinese and Cantonese heritage which the song proudly expresses along with the themes of self-love and authenticity. Filmed/directed/edited by @nyte.works

Speaking of Asian heritage, I organized and hosted two Asian American showcases at @thejunglecmc; "Year of the Dragon" and "Return of the Dragon". These shows were beautiful and successful in my goal of connecting local Asian American music creatives and highlighting our voice.

In addition, I had the opportunity to perform at local Asian festivals. I got to perform at the Boston Little Saigon Night Market @bostonlittlesaigon during the summer and then the "Explore Chinatown" festival at Chinatown with @paoartscenter in September; S/o to @jremdoesitall @kuromang for performing with me

And lastly, dropped my latest song "Metamorphosis" prod by @sandro__lp MV filmed/directed/edited by @chow_films_ I did an open mic in Austin, Texas and performed it. Much love y'all 🥶

A week ago, a local Asian American lineup I brought together filled up @thejunglecmc as we made our voice be heard during AAPI Heritage month. The Year of the Dragon show was a big W and is only beginning of my vision for an integrated and integrated Asian American music community here in Greater Boston 🐉
Special thanks to all you performers @knd.lee @homeboyrab @kuromang @shinnozuke @blasiancobain @xoxobettyding @shiori_kubrick_official @therealseveemusic who made this possible and @accomplicemusic__ __ for DJing most of the event; this was a truly beautiful event to witness come together and be part of 🥶
