Being a good steward starts long before I ever make a recommendation. 🤍

One thing I’ve learned over the years is that putting a home on the MLS and hoping buyers find isn’t enough. Especially when there are over 200,000 active agents, and over 15,000 agents in my area who can do that, too.

That’s one of the reasons I became a @homesdotcom Member!

My listings get additional exposure through priority search placement, plus 3D tours and floor plans that help buyers get a better feel for the home before they even visit.

Celebrity real estate broker @ryanserhant has expanded his brokerage into Chicago, launching @serhant Illinois with a team of about 40 agents recruited from firms including @bairdwarner, @compass, @atproperties Christie’s International Real Estate and @jamesonsir.

Led by managing director Dina Lissner, the team has generated $600 million in sales over the past year and marks Serhant’s fifth new market expansion of 2026 as the brokerage continues its rapid nationwide growth.

Today, the Bay Area agent has surpassed $1 billion in career sales, recently listed one of Sausalito’s most expensive homes and continues to combine real estate, investing and renovation projects throughout the region.

Can real estate skills translate into reality TV success? Season 5 of NBC's @thetraitorsus is making a major change by featuring an all-civilian cast for the first time, including real estate agents Kriste Lewis (@kr1ste) of Mississippi and Logan Smith (@realtywithsmitty) of Tennessee competing for a prize of up to $250,000.

Both agents say their experience negotiating deals, reading people and building relationships in real estate helped shape their strategy for navigating the show's high-stakes game of alliances, deception and trust.

Lewis noted that dealmaking can mimic the process of finding a balance between buyer and seller demands.

“Everybody’s out to win, right? I’d like to walk in and think that I could use my people skills and understand what everybody’s goals are. … And try to make a deal with me that might be beneficial for everyone,” said Smith.
