AD @wallpanelsworld - I’ve added a bit more to this DIY Ikea hack desk I’ve made.

The acoustic slat wall could not be left blank, there was always a plan to add more.

I’ve wall mounted the Samsung Frame Art TV, along with Ikea picture ledges, mirror and added a wall clock.

I just need to hide the PlayStation away at some point.

The idea of the desk is a gaming space plus space to do school work. It’s working well so far!

Have I ruined it? No way!

This DIY desk will be handling a lot of cables no doubt. So I’m attempting to be as tidy as possible by adding this desk cable tidy.

I’ll show the desk complete in my next reel on here, keep an eye out for it

DIY desktop power installation

We needed to add power to this DIY desk. As you can see this has a few plug sockets plus usb c ports. After making a hole in the desktop, you simply plug this into a wall socket.

IKEA desk hack mark 2, you know what’s coming next?!

This is bedroom 2, our youngest son liked the ikea hack desk we did in bedroom 3. So I’ve been asked to do another one. Slightly bigger this time.

Essentially it’s 2 ikea Alex units and a made-to-measure desktop with a lack Ikea shelf. But… what’s coming next?

Bedroom 2, I painted this back in January but I never made any content for it. I fell ill, then just left it. It didn’t feel right, it was never fully finished.

So now I’m getting better, I’ve started back in this room. I want this bedroom to feel right this time!

I’ve got a few plans for it that I’ll show as I go on here. I bet you know what’s coming?!

Sunday and I’ve been in the garden to cut the grass and then add some fertiliser treatment.

I’ve been treating the grass with nematodes too earlier in the week, to try and keep those leatherjakckets away. We will see over the coming weeks if this grass survives!

The first 2 photos really irked some when I added these moulds a year ago.

I didn’t move the switch or the UFH panel, I went around them instead.

I did it because I wanted to! 😄🙌
