Adulthood is under-designed for play. This is where grown-ass humans come to play.

POV: All the gear. Zero clue.
Maximum enthusiasm. 😂

I bring women to Portugal to play, move, laugh and try new things…

…today I’m the one pressing random buttons on my not so new Insta360 and hoping for the best.

Curiosity for learning something’s new might just be my favourite personality trait.

If you’re waiting until you’re good enough…

You’re missing all the fun.

Thumbs up to being a beginner again

POV: it’s your birthday and you lean into a path called choosing yourself, your desire , your needs. Self leadership 101.

More on this soon.

For now great book, sea views and a whole lot of SPF 😜💋

Festival Season is coming and we’re getting our crew together ready for YOUR festival stage ☀️☀️☀️

Blending yoga flow with vogue-style posing, it fits beautifully into festival culture where music, fashion, and self-expression are front of stage 🏁

What we offer 🍒
✨ High-energy, music-driven sessions
Unlike traditional yoga, VOGA is designed for upbeat tracks (80s, pop or house), making it ideal for outdoor stages and DJ sets 🎶

✨Fashion-forward vibe
Sequins, bold prints, statement sunglasses - VOGA encourages expressive styling that fits festival aesthetics perfectly

Wellness festivals, fitness festivals, music festivals - we’ve travelled globally to activate crowds, offer holistic and hedonistic experiences on and off the dance floor 💚💚💚

Please contact us:

POV: first day back in London after almost two months in California caring for another human. Made even harder without the simple joy of my favourite spot, my delicious little tub. Where I think best, brainstorm looks for #skaterbooty, plan events that support women and of course ease my bruised and beaten body in return for all that she does for me.

Coming soon @movewith.joy - where you’ll find me shaking my *ss, over 50 middle splits progression and debating beginners contortionist training 😏🤔

So yea, wellness is more than baths and bath bombs but self care takes all forms. Any little thing you give yourself in gratitude isn’t wrong.

For me it playful movement.. what your self care go to?
