The Pear Garland 🍐

A silky and aromatic cocktail made with handmade pear purée and handmade Pandan syrup, blended with rhubarb & ginger gin and fresh lime juice. Finished with cinnamon spice and egg white foam, served over a single rock for a smooth, fragrant and elegant experience.

They opened our doors at 4 Claremont Street to share something real - bold, balanced and aromatic dishes inspired by Thai street markets and family tables.
