POSTS STORIES REELS

7 years in the pilates industry and I am honestly still so obsessed with this job ❤️‍🔥🪩🤠

To the life long friends.

To the clients who’ve become family.

To everyone that has supported me along the way.

The 4am wake ups are easier with you 🫶🏼

The 7 biggest lessons I’ve learnt are:

1. Not everyone is going to like your classes…and that’s okay.

2. Don’t try be someone else. You are YOU and that will shine brighter.

3. Use your words NOT the machine/Mat.

4. Understand your WHY! Know why you’re teaching each movement and why it’s in your class.

5. Connect with your clients. Don’t just tick their name off.

6. You’re the teacher, but always the student. Keep learning!

7. Enjoy the process. Celebrate the small wins. There’s no “perfect teacher” - remember why you started. ❤️‍🔥

7 years in, countless classes, lifelong friendships and so many lessons later… I feel so lucky to call this job mine 🥹❤️🫶🏼

Some stories deserve a second chapter 🇨🇦🥹

Canada you stole my heart once and I am ready for you to steal it again.

Feeling all the feels at the moment moving across the world again.

What life looks like there I’m not sure but I’m bloody excited.

Australia I will be back ❣️ you will always be my home!

Canada I can’t wait to see what’s next 🤩🥹
