I have a little more space in my schedule right now on weekdays, and I’ve been thinking about how I want to use it, and I’m always thinking about how I can keep my work accessible to more people.

For the time being, I’m opening up a few $70 community access sessions each week. These are a small number of reduced-rate spots, mostly during quieter hours, and are meant to make my practice a bit more accessible.

These sessions are a little more flexible in structure and are best suited for folks who are okay not scheduling too far in advance. The availability will shift week to week, and new spots will be released for online booking each Monday, and we’ll see how that goes!

If you’ve been curious about working together but cost has been a barrier, this might be a good entry point.

You can book directly through the link in my bio, just select the “community access” option.

And as always, my regular sessions are still there for folks wanting ongoing and consistent care 🤍 taken in Highland Holistic by @hopperacupuncture

I’m having a little donation-based community care day on 4/4 from 12-4pm. All sessions will be offered by me, with proceeds from the day going to @mecaforpeace (read more about their mission below). I’ve really missed doing community acupuncture and I hope to see you 〰️ sessions are 45 minutes and are by appt only. You can book via the link in my bio or via my website.

@mecaforpeace is an org that supports community projects for children in the Middle East, and is currently providing emergency aid to Palestinian families, clinics, and hospitals in Gaza. While right now their work is focused on survival, part of their ongoing mission is to provide opportunities of play, learning, dreaming, and healing to Palestinian children. I think of how important their work will continue to be in the coming years.

I hope to see you! 〰️ by @hopperacupuncture

Printable cycle tracker for your eyes only 🌀 I created a free, simple, and printable document for anyone concerned about the privacy surrounding the health data that is stored in period tracking apps. You can find it via the link in my bio. For what it’s worth, I think I actually prefer paper tracking over the apps because I’m very visual and I like having all the data laid out in front of me. If you end up using it let me know what you think! by @hopperacupuncture
