Pumped to get going again!! The PEOPLE in this industry have always been the best part apart about it. I’m excited to keep learning.

In a time of uncertainty and a lot of finger pointing, I’m MUCH more interested in finding the things that unite us, that bring us together, that make us stronger, and are going to push us forward in the right direction collectively. So I’m going to keep doing that, like I’ve been doing trying to do since 2015 ✌🏼

As always, please message me with any suggestions of people that are authentically killing it with hospitality in this industry, anyone that inspires you, and just some good solid people - I’d love to reach out to them.

Tiny Mics v.5 🎙️

Sitting down with Rafael Peterson was an absolute pleasure.

If you know Rafael, you know this already…

The man cares deeply about hospitality. About wine. About the guest experience. About the tiny details most people overlook.

My favorite thing about him?

He doesn’t just “work” in hospitality, he protects it. He creates experiences that make people feel seen, taken care of, and welcomed. That’s so freaking rare.
