Leaving this here as a time stamp in my own time line that I’m going to look back on.

We make plans and god laughs. Worst injury of my life, from a pretty horrific climbing accident. Broken foot. 2 broken ribs. 3 out of 4 full tendon tears in my left rotator cuff.

At the very beginning of what is going to be a long recovery process. Summer and fall plans out the window right now; should be in Tuscany as we speak. But trying to keep a clear head and maintain focus.

Just grateful for the real ones in my life, and that it wasn’t absolutely life changing. In a way maybe it will be. Just looking forward to a full recovery and rebuilding. by @winerelatedraff
