watching everyone gather around tables full of supplies, sharing stickers, swapping ideas, just creating together with zero pressure... pure magic ✨

the energy was UNMATCHED and we're making this a monthly thing because you all deserve this space 🫶

I went to Europe for the first time a few weeks ago and I got a lot of cool pictures 📸 I decided to make them into magnets! Photo zines are on the way too 😌. I’ve been making a lot of magnets out of anything I think is cute, it’s been so helpful to keep myself off my phone and just preoccupied.
If you are my friend IRL, I’ve probably already gifted you a magnet or you’re getting one very soon hehe 👩🏽‍🎨

I love collages, I’ve collected a lot of vintage magazines from the 70s and 80s. I spent a lot of time just reading every page and ad, it’s so interesting how products and ads have just been recycled every decade. If you know of places I can get more vintage magazines, let me know!

I’ve been making art just for myself for a few weeks and it feels amazing. I love Calico Critters so much and i’m excited to have a little book of them ✨💖

I recently just learned bookbinding and I’ll be teaching it at the next Art in the Park! We live in absolutely terrifying times and the only way we’ll get through this is together. Show yourself care and your community. They cannot take away our love or creativity, so let everything you do encompass that and it’ll be okay (i hope).

I can’t just work on one piece so here are all my paint projects for this month! Painting is so therapeutic to me and I feel like we’ll all need something to get through the next 4 years 🎨

Home is a theme that I’ve written about over and over, the first poem I ever wrote that I liked, was about building a home for my first crush 🪴 I love this zine and I finally got my own printer so there will be more to come! (hopefully) 🧑🏽‍🎨
