So grateful for such a special retreat in Spain @lafincaparadiso. It is one of the most beautiful and intentional retreat centers I have been to. I was able to relax often, I laughed till I cried and practiced and taught what I love. I left feeling nourished by the most incredible food by Chef Katie and the staff of beautiful people, and filled to the brim with gratitude for such an amazing group of family and incredible new and old friends to retreat with!

Thank you @true_nature_travels for supporting us through another unforgettable retreat. I will be letting this one soak in for awhile ❤️ taken in Almería, Spain by @hotyogakelly
