Mama said there would be days like this…. Nope, never imagined I’d be in # Puglia practicing yoga with friends from Shakti Power Yoga looking out at a newly planted olive grove. What a gift and privilege.

What if the thing you love doing is something you’re meant to teach? ❤️‍🔥

For a long time, Ignite was simply a class I loved teaching, but somewhere along the way, it became something more.

I started to recognize the pieces that made it Ignite…the way we move, the way we build strength, the way we create connection and most importantly, the way people leave believing in themselves a little more than when they walked in.

I knew I wanted to teach others how to create that.

Introducing TEACH THE METHOD.

A 25-hour immersive weekend designed for current instructors, aspiring teachers and anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of movement…even if you’re not quite sure where it might lead yet.

We’ll dive into anatomy (led by @nickisilvermoves ), programming, class design, cueing, practice teaching and the intentional details that turn a workout into an experience.

Because I believe exceptional instructors aren’t here just to create harder workouts. We’re here to help create stronger humans.

Teach movement. Build confidence. Help people discover their own strength.

Because stronger humans create stronger communities.

❤️‍🔥 October 16–18
25-Hour Immersive Weekend
Early registration: $555

The first Teach the Method cohort is now open.

Space is limited. Visit the link in bio to learn more + reserve your spot.

A very special thank you to @shaktipoweryoga @shaktiyogil @hotyogakelly for believing in me, for trusting me to bring Ignite to Shakti and now allowing me to share Teach the Method! I’m honored to be a part of this incredible community they’ve created and so excited to share this part of my heart and soul with you all!

🔥 Every fire starts somewhere.🔥
