🎬 And we’re off! Paper Hearts is officially filming!

What a fantastic first day of filming yesterday.
We couldn’t have asked for better weather, and everything went like clockwork from start to finish.
A huge thank you to our wonderful cast and crew.

Everyone was absolutely superb and brought such great energy to the day. It was professional, relaxed, full of laughs and, most importantly, a really enjoyable day for everyone involved.

There’s something very special about finally seeing a project that has taken so much work and planning begin to come to life in front of the camera.

A brilliant start to Paper Hearts and I couldn’t be happier with how our first day went.

Onwards to the next one! 🎥❤️

❤️ WHAT A NIGHT — THANK YOU! ❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and supported our Independent Film Screening Night.

We raised an amazing £469.50 on the evening, with a further £32 donated through GoFundMe, bringing our total to: 🎉 £501.50! 🎉

Every penny raised will go directly towards the production of Paper Hearts.

A very special thank you to our guest Cathy Levers, CEO of Untap Agency, for giving up her time to join us, share her experience and answer questions. It was genuinely appreciated. Thankyou to our presenter Houdi McCabe and comedian Abishek Balooni and Screening Technical Coordinator Jack Quigley.

Thank you also to our filmmakers who allowed us to screen their work, everyone who donated prizes, helped behind the scenes, bought raffle tickets, donated and simply came along to support the evening.

Seeing so many people come together to support independent film, emerging creatives and Paper Hearts means more than you know.

Thank you from all of us at Little Acre Productions ❤️ taken in The Pavilion, Belfast by @houdimccabe

HOUDI CASTING is on a rollercoaster- as is its principal client. After completing a BBC documentary/Drama on Tuesday he has secured another. This time it’s a reconstruction of events in the Maze/H~Blocks prison circa 1983. There no escaping Houdi. by @houdimccabe
