Writing a screen play, even a short can be gruelling. Even your cast (@houdimccabe) hate you hahah. We are on version 25. Its taken alot of work to get it right! Role on Jan for shooting the remaining scenes. Keep following as we shall have some news soon and a few chances to show support for the project #irishfilm #shortfilm #ireland #thebar1854 #actors

My ten minute mind trip 'THE FOURTH ACCOUNT' is a modern examination of murder, truth, lies or insanity. A play based on Edgar Allan Poe's 'A Tell Tale Heart' - delighted to premiere it at @first_drams_ni Spooky Halloween Event! 4th November. For tickets see first drams :) Starring me as 'The Narrator' and Houdi McCabe as Chief Inspector Brown There will be chills for sure, and the audience are the arresting officers! NO Ai was used in this video. Adult themes warning #acting #actor #thebar1854 #horror

A little tease about a ten minute play im doing where the audience are the arresting officers who arrive at a scene of a confession for murder. All is not as it seems in this interactive play, am I mad, am I telling the truth or am I indeed a murderer ... Coming soon #ireland #irish #acting #oneactplay.

🚕🎬 It’s all in the details! A huge thank you to fonaCAB Belfast for supplying us with a taxi sign for the filming of Paper Hearts. The team were extremely helpful, and having the sign made such a difference in helping us turn our car into a convincing Belfast taxi for the screen! 🚕🎥 Making a film really is a team effort. From the people in front of and behind the camera, to the local businesses and organisations who have supported us along the way, every contribution, big or small, has helped bring Paper Hearts together. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has played a part in our journey so far. ❤️ Thank you fonaCAB Belfast for helping us add that little bit of movie magic! 🎬✨

🎬 And we’re off! Paper Hearts is officially filming! What a fantastic first day of filming yesterday. We couldn’t have asked for better weather, and everything went like clockwork from start to finish. A huge thank you to our wonderful cast and crew. Everyone was absolutely superb and brought such great energy to the day. It was professional, relaxed, full of laughs and, most importantly, a really enjoyable day for everyone involved. There’s something very special about finally seeing a project that has taken so much work and planning begin to come to life in front of the camera. A brilliant start to Paper Hearts and I couldn’t be happier with how our first day went. Onwards to the next one! 🎥❤️ Photography curtesy of: jq_film_photography

MEET PETER. 🍺🌑 Played by Houdi McCabe, Peter sits right at the heart of The Bar at the End of the World — a man carrying history, regret and things that perhaps should have stayed buried. In this video, Houdi talks a little about the film, Peter, and what drew him to the project. We’re now getting frighteningly close to bringing the live-action side of the film to life, and every bit of support helps us get more of that money onto the screen. If you’d like to follow the journey: 🛒 Visit our Shopify for ways to support the film 🥂 Enter our Champagne Raffle to win a bottle of Louis Roederer Cristal 2015 🎬 Follow @thebar1854 for cast introductions, BTS, production updates and more Both links are in our bio.
