Join us for an evening designed to help you run stronger, recover smarter, and connect with fellow runners. We’ll kick things off with an introduction to interval training led by the VITAE Run Club perfect for runners looking to build speed and confidence, with all paces welcome.

After the run, we’ll head into a guided sauna cold plunge for recovery hosted by JOY Wellness.
