Been neglecting the swimming content… Partly because it’s not my favorite discipline and also not my strongest😅 .

But in honor of acquiring my wetsuit for 70.3 Santa Cruz, I figured it was time to share.

First thoughts: this thing made me feel suffocated. ROM felt limited, shoulders especially. But after a few laps, it started to feel much better.

Less than six weeks out and still learning this discipline.
