If you’ve ever walked into a gym and gotten handed off to whoever was free, you’re going to like how we do this.

Four of us coach Doc Holly Fit. Not a revolving door, not a class of thirty where you’re a number. Four people who learn your name and know exactly what your body is doing. Whoever you train with runs your assessment first, then builds your plan from what they find.

Here’s who you’re getting.

I’m Holly. I own the place, and I’m here for the moms. Doctor of physical therapy, which means your program is built for your body, not pulled off a shelf.

Braulio trains the dads of Coconut Grove with a DPT lens. Heavy lifting made safe, even on a back or knee that’s been giving you trouble for years.

Corinne runs Muscle Mamiis and coaches you with that same clinical eye. Six women, real weights, nobody lost in a crowd.

Julia is your body recomp coach, and she’s training for a triathlon right now, so she lives the work she programs for you.

That’s the team. We help the people of Coconut Grove get strong on a foundation that holds, so your results outlast the program.

Come meet us. Link in bio to book a class or to train with us one on one. 💪💖

meet Julia!
I don’t give you a single rep without a reason behind it.

That’s how I learned to train, and it’s how I coach. Whether you’re after strength, body composition, or moving through your day feeling good in your own skin, you’ll always know the why.

This summer I’m taking on a few of you one on one at Doc Holly Fit. Ten sessions together, programming built around your body and your goals, habit tracking so the work holds up outside the gym, and regular check-ins so you can watch what your body starts doing.

If you’re in Miami this summer and you want a real plan instead of guessing your way through the gym, I’ve got you. Spots are limited.

DM the word summer and let’s lift ☀️👑🏝️🫶🏻💪🏋🏼‍♀️
