How I lost fat + built muscle naturally 💪🏾🍑

NO GATEKEEPING over here. If it helped me, I’m telling you about it. 😂

No crash diets. No starving myself. No “magic” products.

I focused on lifting heavy, eating enough protein, staying consistent and building habits I could actually maintain.

I’ve been learning the real fundamentals, footwork, control, and technique, not just throwing punches and hoping something lands. It’s humbling, but I can already feel the difference in how I move and think.
