I smoked a turkey leg all night and then @the_smoke_pit deep fried it 🙈

What was meant to be a fun breakfast turned into a mental Brunch 🤣

What do you think of this?

I'd like to say a HUGE thank you to everyone involved in yesterday's #Plated event at @rest_ember hosted by the brilliant @jamespecckk with the support of our Headline Sponsor @clawsonfarmspro and Key partner sponsors @barrettandpage

It was a privilege to photograph the incredible finished dishes, showcasing the talent, skill and creativity of our chefs. Using exceptional produce from our sponsors, they created plates that were as beautiful as they were delicious.

The atmosphere throughout the event was electric. The room was buzzing with conversation, laughter and a genuine passion for great food. Seeing chefs, producers, foodies and creatives come together to share ideas, make connections and celebrate our industry is exactly what #Plated is all about.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended, supported and helped make the event such a success. Wonderful people, incredible food and unforgettable moments.

I'm already looking forward to sharing more photographs from a truly special day.

Here's to the friendships, the fresh inspiration and a day that reminds us why we love this wonderful industry so much.
