Because it’s never too early for dessert Starting the day with something sweet in the form of @dylwarrenchef's fig cheesecake, using Headline Sponsor @scharglutenfreeuk Digestives as the base, topped with @classicfinefoodsuk figs, with @koppertcressuk Basil Cress adding both a flavour and visual bonus.

Another great example of what happens when our chefs get creative with some of the fantastic products supplied by our #Plated partners.

We’re delighted that Dylan will be joining us at our next #Plated event at @rest_ember on Monday 9th November, and we’re looking forward to seeing what delicious dishes he creates for us this time.

If you're a chef, supplier or simply someone who is passionate about food, why not join us for this epic day of networking and content creation like no other?

We are delighted to announce the winner of the @clawsonfarmspro Dish Innovation prize from our last #Plated event. And the winner is... he's done it again... @davidsmith.chef head chef at The Four Pears. David wowed the room with his incredible dish: Smoked @barrettandpage @tajimaaustraliangrainfedwagyu picanha, Jerusalem artichoke and @clawsonfarmspro Stilton purée, burnt green chilli sauce, and BBQ tenderstem broccoli. A firm favourite across the guests. "Everyone loved this. It was absolutely divine!" Congratulations, David. Your prize is on its way to you! We'd also like to give a special mention to @louishines2024 @the_roaming_gourmet_kitchen whose stunning dessert received huge praise from guests: Lemon and yuzu posset, Alaska-style, served with Clawson Farms Blue Cheese ice cream and micro mint. This creation was absolutely sublime and a real talking point on the day. Louis, you'll also be receiving an Amazon voucher in recognition of your fantastic dish. Congratulations to both chefs, and thank you for helping make the event such a memorable celebration of creativity, innovation and outstanding food. 🧀 #Innovation #ForTheloveofStilton #FreshConnectionsFreshContent #ForTheLoveofFood #TheSocialRipple

Now that's a plate of food worth stopping your scroll for... Black treacle-spiced @barrettandpage ribeye, paired with a smoked red pepper salsa and a smoked beef fat potato fondant, created by the talented @chefhannah.dunno28 at a recent #Plated event. Rich, smoky, beautifully balanced and packed with flavour, it's the kind of dish that reminds us why great food deserves great photography. Did you know that social media posts featuring high-quality images consistently generate significantly more engagement than those without? In hospitality, your photography is often the first taste customers get of what you do. That's one of reasons #Plated exists. Our next event takes place on Tuesday 7th July at the stunning @tewinburyfarmhotel Farm Hotel Cookery School in Hertfordshire, hosted by @lee.maycock1 FCGC. It's an opportunity for chefs, caterers and food businesses to showcase their creations, network with industry professionals and walk away with a collection of professional images for use across social media, websites, PR and marketing materials, all at a fraction of the cost of a private shoot. If you've been thinking about refreshing your imagery but are working to a budget, I'd love to hear from you. The next #Plated takes place in just three weeks at the beautiful @tewinburyfarmhotel Cookery School in Hertfordshire, hosted by the brilliant Chef @lee.maycock1 FCGC. The images from the most recent #Plated event have now been edited, delivered and are in the hands of everyone involved, ready to be enjoyed, shared and put to good use. One of the things I love most about #Plated is the collaboration behind every single image. A dish is never just a dish. It represents the creativity, skill and vision of talented chefs, bringing together exceptional ingredients from trusted producers and transforming them into something truly special. Take this stunning creation by @harpgrills @therub_bbq Beautiful steak supplied by Key Partner Sponsor @barrettandpage produce from @classicfinefoodsuk and finished with the gorgeous White Stilton from headline sponsor @clawsonfarmspro The result? A mouthwatering combination of flavours and textures guaranteed to get the tastebuds tingling. #Plated is all about bringing chefs, suppliers and hospitality professionals together, creating valuable content, meaningful connections and opportunities for everyone involved. One week ago today, we gathered at @rest_ember for #Plated, and I’m still smiling about it. What started as an idea to support the creativity of chefs by bringing together people from across hospitality, food, drink and creative industries became another day filled with conversation, collaboration, inspiration and, of course, some seriously good food. A huge thank you to everyone who attended, supported, cooked, demonstrated, photographed, filmed, networked and contributed to making the day what it was. The feedback has been incredible, but more importantly, it was wonderful to see new connections being made and existing friendships strengthened. I’m currently heading into the final day of a three-day shoot, but tomorrow I’ll be sharing some delicious images from the event that perfectly capture the atmosphere and talent in the room. Thank you to Sian Sweeney and Faye Maughan from Headline Sponsors @clawsonfarmspro Colin Page & Andrew Paine from Key Partner Sponsors @barrettandpage Thank you to @jamespecckk for hosing us and for an outstanding demonstration over the incredible @leviathanpits set-up followed by some exceptional cooking from: @chefhannah.dunno28 @dylwarrenchef @louishines2024 @the_roaming_gourmet_kitchen @davidsmith.chef @chef_georginawilliams_ @gsbychefgeorginawilliams @therub_bbq @harpgrills Thank you also to everyone who came along to connect, share ideas and support the event: @thriftviewbakerycranfield @beansproutltd @greatfoodclub @major_bites @becky_kerr_brand_photography @foodetcbedford @sophie_etc @social.etc @linnylanechocolatiere @bushel_and_strike_ashwell @monikaczuj_ @growplustraining Kraig at @howwescroll & @feathersmcgraww1 for these brilliant behind the scene shots. And finally, a heartfelt thank you to @elke.passon and the Talking Food team for their continued encouragement, support and belief in what I’m building. Here’s to fresh inspiration, meaningful connections, and creating opportunities for people to come together. Thank you all. ❤️ Maj x 📸 #PlatedByPavlovaAndCream #fortheloveoffood #TheSocialRipple Freshconnectionsfreshcontent
