@mutekmontreal

What a week.

Performing our music live to so many of you has replenished our souls. And our butts have finally unclenched after taking the eurorack on its first flight 🫠

Thank you thank you thank you. We love you ♥️🎛️

hi! i uploaded a selection of trax recorded in the 90s and maybe 2000s on a pentium desktop computer.... or maybe on a laptop named forsynthia... running, very likely questionably obtained software......songs i've listened to many many times.....perhaps you'll enjoy them as well.

thanks mom for buying me the computer way back when.... thanks for believing in me.... and thank f she didn't make me stay in school!

available to stream on bandcamp. if you want the 🎵 but don't have the 💵 dm me for a download code.

TODAY! 🌞😌🪷 We're thrilled to be part of another ambient event in the park.

Put on by the Garden City Electronic Music Society, they are the organization that's responsible for the last 10 years of Wonderment Festival as well as Neuztec and many other fantastic events.

Hope to see some of you out there for this free, family friendly, and relaxing reset!

🌞😌🪷

A Soft Error is one which causes no direct permanent damage to the systems components, such that the unintended system behavior can be corrected with some form of reset.

Come get reset today on the BC Day Holiday at Banfield Park as wife-husband duo efemme and hrdvsion perform under their ambient mantle Soft Error. They are also performing at Mutek this year after making waves under their Hot Sleepers moniker in recent years!

Also performing this Monday are Manuel Chantre (Montreal), JenLi (Bali), and Zügellos.

Come prepared for the sun, and please pack-it-in, pack-it-out so we can leave as light an environmental footprint as possible.

This is a free all-ages event with a kids playground and the inner gorge swimming dock adjacent to the event area. Be mindful of kids and please leave your dogs at home. As with all CRD-area parks, no smoking / vaping in the park.

If you are able, please bring a cash donation or give online to support the continuation of free events like these in the future. You can donate online through Canada Helps to the Garden City Electronic Music Society:

https://www.canadahelps.org/en/charities/garden-city-electronic-music-society/

This event is supported by the Government of Canada, the Province of BC, the Capital Regional District and the City of Victoria.

We also greatly appreciate the support of Long & McQuade, the Deep West Sound System crew, and Sunbelt Rentals for their help with sound and generators.

Looking forward to an afternoon of ambient chillout at Banfield Park this today! taken in Banfield Park Victoria by @hrdvsion

Just found my receipt for when I first bought @ableton Live (Version 2.0!) in 2003; when I made the switch from Sonic Foundry's Acid.

I can't believe that in 2 years I will have been making music with Live for a quarter century! Love you @ableton and thanks for everything!

Events like International Drone Day just feel different. A weight gets lifted off my shoulders and allows me to explore in often forgotten ways.

Much appreciation and shout outs to all who helped with this and any events like it, @donchessa for the 📷/📹 and 👏👏👏 to Lorne Hammond and @thefiftyfiftyartscollective for organizing and making it all possible!

Big up @musical.arcade for the awesome projected visual. (and musical set) ✨
