mourning ends. that’s the best part.

it has been so remarkably difficult to say goodbye to pussy sludge. i think of her every single day. she made me braver and bolder and softer, and to be held at your most vulnerable by a passionate and relentless group of artists is an experience that’s going to stay with me forever. thank you to facility, the cast, creative team, gracie gardner, patti smith, poppi, emily snail, tony soprano, lucky strikes, doechii, diva sludge, and everyone who joined us in the swamp. by @hrottenfeld

little free library party was a success!!!!!!!

my birthday party is a BIG deal for me. i love bringing all of my friends together, it is so special to me to see everyone i love in one place. i love that everyone participates in my nonsense themes and plays my silly games, you all make me feel so loved. i do think this was my best party to date, thank you everyone who made it happen. stay literate, cheers to 27 :) by @hrottenfeld

on wednesday night, we had to say goodbye to my best friend. forever wouldn’t have been long enough with crumbles. to know her was to love her. she converted many a non-cat lover, she never met a lap she didn’t want to sit on, and she loved to be the center of attention at parties. she was a greedy little monster, especially for taco bell. she was the weirdest little critter i’ve ever met, and i know i’ll never meet another cat as wonderful and silly and lazy and sweet and weird as she was. i would do anything for just one more day with her, our house is so empty without her. she was so so loved by so many, thank you to everyone who showed her love and care during our time together. crumbles, i miss you so much. thank you for lighting up my world. by @hrottenfeld
