Your first 90 days in merchant services is simple. Become the mayor.

Go talk to every business owner in your city. Not to sell. Just to be known. Then go through your phone. You already know people who know business owners. Use that.

Drop cards. Tag local owners on social. Show up as support first, sales rep second.

Do that for 90 days straight and watch what happens.

If they can't answer that, you're already overpaying.
