We live in a sick, sick world where higher mortgage rates can actually push certain areas further into a competitive buyer’s market. 😅

At the end of the day, it’s still supply and demand.

Higher rates can reduce buying power, which can mean fewer buyers competing for the same homes. That can create more negotiating room for the buyers who are still active.

But real estate is VERY local.

One ZIP code can feel completely different from the next. Price point, inventory, condition, location, and even the type of home can change the story.

Now more than ever buyers and sellers need to work together to get deals done for both sides. by @huckwheat

Great weekend trip with these two for some ball ⚽️. Played some of the top teams in Texas and competed very well. Earned 1 dub and a level of experience that only comes with time on the field.

Best part of it all is spending the time together. At times it feels like this is all we do but we do it all together…and I’m way beyond blessed to be able to be there for it. by @huckwheat

It’s basically another living area with 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom.

This would be the perfect home for my mom because she doesn’t do underground storm shelters after being in the army 😂 by @huckwheat
