Finding the right house is a lot like fishing… 🎣 You get that first nibble. Then the first bite. Then suddenly you’re thinking… “Ohhhhhh… I might have something here.” 😂 And Chukar has a LOT on the line. 5 bedrooms. 3.5 bathrooms. 3 living areas. A finished basement. A full acre. And NO HOA. Just imagine what you, your family, or your friends could do with this much space. Cookouts. Football Saturdays. Family gatherings. Kids running around. Dogs living their absolute best life. Sometimes you just have to cast the line and see what happens. 📍 7916 Chukar Rd, Yukon Comment TOUR if you’re ready to come take a bite. 🎣🏡

You bought a beautiful kitchen island for entertaining… …and it became the family’s lost-and-found department. 😭😂 Mail. Keys. Chargers. Squishys. A toddler’s soggy sock. Be honest… What part of YOUR house collects everything? 👇

🎶 I want you back… at 7916 Chukar Rd. in Yukon This might be your last chance 👀 Maybe you toured it once. Maybe you’ve been watching it online. Maybe you keep telling yourself, “I’ll think about it.” Well… Chukar would like a word. 👀 Because where else are you getting: 5 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms 3 living areas A finished basement A full acre NO HOA A whole-home generator Smart lighting A private balcony off the primary suite …and a preferred-lender incentive that can contribute 1% of the loan amount toward closing costs? Chukar said: Come back. Let’s talk. 😂 📍 7916 Chukar Rd, Yukon Comment CHUKAR if you want the details or want to walk it in person.

Buc-ee’s in west OKC (Yukon) just got a little more real. 👀 The proposed location near I-40 and Cimarron Rd took another step forward after $12 million was approved for utility upgrades. There are still more approvals and steps before anybody starts planning their first brisket stop, but this is definitely one to watch. West OKC continues to grow, and something this big could bring a LOT of attention to this corridor. Now the important question… Buc-ee’s brisket or Beaver Nuggets? And are we excited about this… or terrified of the traffic? 😂

👻 Real estate takes we’re GHOSTING this fall. Waiting forever for the “perfect” rate. Letting Zillow decide what your house is worth. Falling in love with homes before getting pre-approved. Passing on THE house because somebody picked the wrong shade of beige. 😂 And my personal favorite… Waiting for the entire housing market to crash while the rest of your life keeps moving. Not every decision needs to happen today. Sometimes waiting really IS the right move. But let’s make sure you’re waiting because it makes sense for your situation, not because Cousin Larry’s neighbor watched three YouTube videos. 😭 Which one are you guilty of? Comment the slide number. No judgment… maybe. 👻 Thinking about buying or selling? Let’s make a plan that’s a little less scary.

Every homeowner has said it at least once… “That’s just a quick weekend project.” 😂 Fast-forward 8 months and the bathroom mirror is still sitting in the garage. No judgment over here. We’ve all got THAT project. Be honest… what’s the longest your “weekend project” has gone unfinished? 👇

Piedmont is growing FAST… and the roads are feeling it. 👀 The city landed $4.7 million for improvements along Edmond Rd and Piedmont Rd, which is a big step in the right direction. Growth is exciting. New homes, new businesses, more opportunity. But if the infrastructure can’t keep up, everybody feels it. So I’m curious… If you drive through Piedmont regularly, which intersection needs attention FIRST? Drop it in the comments. I have a feeling we’re going to see the same few answers over and over.

Meet the team behind the signs! We thought we’d have a little fun with some “Most Likely To” scenarios so you can get to know how we operate off camera too. Who’s most likely to run comps for fun? Who’s most likely to send a listing at midnight? Who’s most likely to fall asleep during the movie? Here’s a bonus question! Who do you think is most likely to make pancakes for lunch? 🥞 Drop your guess below. And if you’re thinking about buying or selling, we’d love to help. We’re never too busy for your referrals, and as always… You’re at Home With The Huckebys.

Everybody is waiting on rates to drop. Meanwhile, 24% of OKC sellers have already cut their price. 👀 Here is what buyers have going for them in OKC right now: • 6,530 homes for sale, up 7.8% from last year • Median list price about $314,000, down 1.9% • Homes sitting a median of 55 days Yes, the 30-year fixed recently hit 7.58%, the highest in almost three years. But Realtor.com named Sept 27 to Oct 3 the best week to buy this year, and OKC landed on that same week, with about 30% less buyer competition than peak. If you have been waiting on rates, you might have more negotiating room than you think. Got a home you have been watching? Happy to help, no pressure at all! #OKC #OklahomaCity #OKCRealEstate

Just imagine the possibilities here. With so much growth happening along the Piedmont Road/NW Expressway corridor, Piedmont continues to attract more attention, more development, and more opportunity. And this is your chance to get in early. 📍 13433 NW Expressway, Piedmont 🌳 Approx. 1.37 acres 🚗 High-visibility frontage along NW Expressway 🏢 Existing building on site 💧 Well and septic currently in place 🏙️ OKC utilities nearby 📈 Strong traffic exposure Whether you’re thinking retail, office, service-based business, future development, or something completely different, this property gives you a lot to work with. The area is changing. The question is… What would YOU build here? Comment PIEDMONT or send me a message for pricing, property details, or a private walkthrough.
