There is a reason my path led me to Mount Shasta.

This mountain is not simply where I live or where I guide. It is a sacred relationship I have devoted myself to.

I have learned her energy, listened to her wisdom, walked her land, sat with her medicine, and allowed her to shape the way I hold others here.

When you come to Mount Shasta with me, you are not just being taken to beautiful places. You are being held in an experience where the land itself becomes part of the transformation.

I know when to lead and when to listen. When to activate and when to soften. When the mountain is asking us to move and when she is asking us to be still.

This is the medicine I carry here.

Mount Shasta works through me, and I have learned how to create a space where others can safely open to what this mountain has waiting for them.

This land is sacred to me.
Guiding here is sacred to me.
And every soul I bring onto this mountain is held with that same reverence.

This is my kingdom, my temple, my medicine.

And when you are called here, I am here to guide you home.

Hi 😊 This is what my life looks like after four months of having the life I knew stripped away—and rebuilding myself from the inside out.

Not by going backward, but by turning inward.

I separated from my partner, moved back to LA, and found myself being called back into alignment with my purpose, creativity, and a deeper mission of being of service to others.

What felt like everything falling apart became one of the greatest gifts God could have given me.

This season required me to rebuild my mind, body, and spirit—and surrender versions of myself I had outgrown.

Along the way, my creativity came back to life.

I started making art and music again. Capturing moments. Sharing ideas. Collaborating. Building community with people who inspire me, challenge me, and genuinely want to see each other become the fullest versions of ourselves.

After everything I’ve experienced over the last year and a half, this photo means more than I can put into words.

There was a moment when I was told I may never walk again.

Now I’m standing at the top of Mt. Shasta and Heart Lake, in a body I fought to rebuild, sharing it publicly in a way I never have before.

Even posting this is uncomfortable—but maybe that’s the point.

Our minds are one of the most powerful tools we have as huemans. When you turn inward, become intentional about the reality you’re creating, surround yourself with the right people, and commit to becoming who you’re meant to be, life can transform in ways you once thought impossible.

You can rebuild.
You can create.
You can transform.
You can defy the odds.

Sometimes the life you thought you were losing was simply making room for the life you were meant to create. 🦋✨ by @huemanresource
