Hi 😊 This is what my life looks like after four months of having the life I knew stripped away—and rebuilding myself from the inside out.

Not by going backward, but by turning inward.

I separated from my partner, moved back to LA, and found myself being called back into alignment with my purpose, creativity, and a deeper mission of being of service to others.

What felt like everything falling apart became one of the greatest gifts God could have given me.

This season required me to rebuild my mind, body, and spirit—and surrender versions of myself I had outgrown.

Along the way, my creativity came back to life.

I started making art and music again. Capturing moments. Sharing ideas. Collaborating. Building community with people who inspire me, challenge me, and genuinely want to see each other become the fullest versions of ourselves.

After everything I’ve experienced over the last year and a half, this photo means more than I can put into words.

There was a moment when I was told I may never walk again.

Now I’m standing at the top of Mt. Shasta and Heart Lake, in a body I fought to rebuild, sharing it publicly in a way I never have before.

Even posting this is uncomfortable—but maybe that’s the point.

Our minds are one of the most powerful tools we have as huemans. When you turn inward, become intentional about the reality you’re creating, surround yourself with the right people, and commit to becoming who you’re meant to be, life can transform in ways you once thought impossible.

You can rebuild.
You can create.
You can transform.
You can defy the odds.

Sometimes the life you thought you were losing was simply making room for the life you were meant to create. 🦋✨ by @joshalllan

A beautiful reminder from @porangui that love, community, and transformation are the seeds from which a new world can grow.

Read Caption: 💫 What a beautiful experience it was to stand beneath the Milky Way with my family and viewing it with my own eyes as a witness to a view that so few people ever truly see. To not only observe it, but to capture a small piece of that moment in time, felt like a gift.

As I gazed into the rare night sky of a new moon being absent , I was mesmerized by the sheer vastness of our galaxy. The Milky Way stretches across unimaginable distances, and yet our entire solar system exists on one of its outer spiral arms. A tiny speck on the edge of something so grand.

Knowing that at the center of our galaxy lies a supermassive black hole, whose immense gravitational influence helps shape and hold together the spiral structure of the Milky Way, filled me with a profound sense of wonder. There are forces at work all around us that we cannot see, yet they are constantly creating order, balance, and harmony on a scale beyond human comprehension.

In that moment, I couldn’t help but reflect on how much of life is the same. So much of what holds us together like love, faith, purpose, connection, intuition, remains invisible to the eye, yet its presence can be felt in everything. Just as unseen forces guide the movement of stars and galaxies, there are unseen forces shaping our own journeys through this universe.

Standing beneath this cosmic river of light, I felt both incredibly small and deeply connected at the same time. Small in comparison to the vastness of creation, yet connected to something far greater than myself. It was a reminder that we are not separate from the universe, we humans are a part of it. The same atoms forged in ancient stars exist within us, making us both witnesses to the cosmos and an expression of it.

Moments like these have a way of dissolving the noise of everyday life and bringing us back to what matters most like wonder, gratitude, and the realization that we are living within a universe far more magnificent than we often allow ourselves to remember. I am so grateful I got to experience with this with my loved ones

Crazy to think that one year ago today my whole world was turned upside down, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the journey it’s been. I’ve learned so much about life, about myself, about love, about living in purpose, and about finding my faith in God again.

Forever thankful just to be alive and to have a second chance, to have the opportunity to grow, to serve, and to be a part of something bigger than myself. My mission now is to help others heal mind, body, and spirit through love, plant medicine, peptides, and other healing modalities. by @joshalllan
