Grateful for this little being every day. 🥰

Why don’t we have more philosophers, psychologists, anthropologists, spiritual teachers, artists, and people who understand human beings talking about AI?

It seems that we are at the cusp of creating rules and laws wrt AI, but the only people giving input are engineers.

And while I love engineers for what they’re worth, they tend to see things from a technical lens only.

If we’re going to design a future for the human being, then we need to UNDERSTAND HUMAN BEINGS too, not just the technology.

Cause you certainly can’t engineers our being out of us. by @huenusolsona

Im so much fitter thanks to AI. I work while walking, running and doing weights. After we discuss a subject, Chat/Claude do the documents for me, so now I spend a lot less time sitting and a lot more time moving. I’m probably the fittest I’ve been since my 20’s! In fact, I now weigh 59 and the last time I weighed under 60 was when I was a teenager! 😲😍💥 by @huenusolsona

The song is called “Already”, from Shift To Abundance. Listen to more of his songs too - they all have very powerful messages.

Who knows more about this guy btw? He’s amazing! by @huenusolsona

We forget how resourceful, adaptable, and resilient we are. This impending “massive job loss”… I don’t see it coming. Are you using AI? Is it saving you time? And are you now working less because of that? Or are you actually just producing more?

The way we work is changing (good!) but as far as I can see, we’re all still working just as much. Unemployment stats are practically the same as always and AI has already been around a good few years. Yes, it’ll get smarter, faster and more efficient… but it’s still not going to lead to massive job loss. It’s simply going to lead to a redistribution of jobs, way more entrepreneurs (awesome!) and more fulfilling work. It’s already doing that.

I’m super excited about the future of work. And I believe that most people who are leaning into AI think the same. 🌻 by @huenusolsona

Wow! It did it again! Anyone know why this is happening?

Not that we needed more proof but… we are SO controlled from so many angles, it’s scary.

In case your audio is off… I just filmed myself and posted with auto captions on IG. I didn’t touch a thing and IG automatically removed the word “ChatGPT” every time I said it.

We’ll never known the real reason but it does reinforce the fact that most of what we see online is either bullshit or skewed.

Best way to handle this: close IG right now and go outside instead! by @huenusolsona

I feel way more creative these days. And I’m able to dream bigger because whilst before my creativity was hard to materialize, not it feels easier. It IS easier. So I can dream bigger.

And you? by @huenusolsona

My work days have COMPLETELY changed from 10, or even 5 years ago. Yours? by @huenusolsona

I think we underestimate the human spirit. And part of the reason I follow AI news is that I don’t want human beings to continue being controlled.

Behind the agendas of good intentions are controls and boundaries. Let’s be careful what we wish for.

I also see how all around me the addiction for drama is strong. Way too strong for human beings.

We need to learn to let go of this addiction and instead, focus on things that will REALLY serve us. And those involve much healthier thoughts.

Let’s start looking at the positive and see where that takes us rather, hey? I mean… why not?

Remember… if AI is so smart, why won’t it help us as well with all the new problems IT brings.

One thing is for sure… time will tell. ❤️ by @huenusolsona

This little girl is growing up to be one exceptional human being. Beautiful inside and out. She’s kind, generous, smart, adventurous and so so loving. She truly melts my heart. #LoveMyGia by @huenusolsona

I struggle when I hear “experts” talk about the % chance of human extinction due to AI. They make gigantic assumptions and underestimate the human spirit. What’s your take on where AI is leading humanity? by @huenusolsona

Take the tea, the coffee, the wine, or your drug of choice… and spend some good quality time with Chat in the bath. Let it out… and let your heart run wild. No one is watching.

And if you wanna DM me what you got, I’d love to unpack it with you!

We’re here to dream, and to live out those dream. Don’t be scared. And don’t be shy. 💥 by @huenusolsona
