As your coach, I’m gonna manipulate you…
into picking up the appropriate weights. Respectfully.

I’ve gotten really good at managing my clients comfort zones and getting them to make the right choices during their workouts. What I don’t do, it allow you to keep playing small.

As a busy woman juggling work, life, and everything in between, it’s easy to grab the comfortable weight and call it a day. But that’s not how we build strength, and that’s not how we change our bodies.

Here’s what coaching with me actually looks like:
✔️ I ask you questions I already know the answer to — But give you a chance to answer correctly.. its fun, like a pop quiz
✔️ I let the guilt hit just right — trust me, its a hell of a motivator
And if all else fails
✔️ I’ll call you out — with love, always

Progressive overload is the foundation of every result you’re chasing. If the weight never goes up, neither do your results. As your coach, it’s literally my job to push you past your comfort zone — even when you’d rather stay there.

This is sustainable fitness. Not perfection, not punishment — just consistency, growth, and showing up stronger every week.

If you’re a beginner OR you’ve been starting over for the third time this year, you are exactly who I coach. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need someone in your corner who won’t let you play small.

My DMs are open and I’d love to help you build the fitness lifestyle you actually stick to.

🤍 Coach Jess
