Forget dinner with a view… we had a seven-course lunch inside a 25,000-year-old cave.

Located at The Edge Bali in Uluwatu, The Cave by Chef Ryan Clift is an experience like no other.

From exploring the cave in helmets and safety lights to an incredible seven-course tasting menu, every detail was thoughtfully curated.

And between courses, the cave walls came alive with a spectacular light, graphic and music show, turning lunch into a fully immersive experience.

Exceptional food, amazing staff and one unforgettable setting.

Bali really knows how to do experiences.

Thailand will always have my heart.

Back here for the second time, and somehow this beautiful country has given me even more memories to hold onto. From the moments of pure adventure to the slow, beautiful ones in between, this trip was everything I needed and more.

Some places you visit, and some places leave a little piece of themselves with you. Thailand is definitely one of those places for me.
