Don’t let blisters keep you from exercising! 📢

Your feet perspire when you stand, walk or run! Did you know cotton socks absorb moisture leading to heat and friction which causes blisters? Technical socks wick the moisture away to prevent blisters.🥳🙌🏻

Less moisture + Less blister = Happier runner 😍

The Runner’s Knot is one of our favorite lacing tricks to help our customers! It can be life changing as it helps in so many ways…
It helps with heel slipping. It prevents the foot from sliding in your shoe. It helps to support the foot and ankle to feel more secure in your shoe. And it also works wonders in locking your heel in place when wearing an orthotic in your shoe.

Give it a try!

So grateful to be at Orland Park Health & Fitness today for their health fair! ❤️👟

I love educating my community on the importance of properly fitted, quality footwear and how the right shoes can help keep you moving and prevent injury.

Helping my community is truly my passion—and I’m so thankful I get to do what I love every day! ❤️ #humanracesports #morethanarunningstore #werunthistown #shopsmall #runningshoes by @humanracesports

Protect your feet from injury before it strikes! 🦶💥

Walking around in flat, unsupportive flip-flops puts unnecessary stress on your arches, ankles, and joints. OOFOS Arch-Supported Sandals actively cradle your arches to reduce load and promote natural movement, allowing you to recover faster and stay injury-free.

🛒 Experience the OOFOS for yourself! Shop online or in-store at Human Race Sports today. by @humanracesports
