Outside of the gym, we’re moms, dads, teachers, business owners, students, and so much more. We all come from different backgrounds, have different stories, and bring something different to the Humidity Fitness community.

We know a lot of us get to know the people we work out with day in and day out, but this is a little glimpse into the bigger picture of who makes up our gym. We tried to catch as many members as possible, so if we missed you, we promise it wasn’t intentional!

One of the best parts of this community is the variety of people who make it what it is. Different walks of life, different goals, but a shared place to show up, put in the work, and support one another. That’s what makes Humidity Fitness special.

The journey we began 7 years ago continues on Thursday.

The last 7 years we’ve visited, hung out and sweated with more than 30 different gym communities.

It’s our favorite part of the FOTC season! Starting Thursday, we hit the road and travel to 8 different gyms and communities.

We hope to see YOU on the leaderboard!
