What’s Stopping You?
—
This is another excerpt from a convo with my homie @mazbouq 🔥

A friend of mine had mentioned to me about a venture he was wanting to pursue. He was questioning a couple of things at the time as you do in the early stages of pursuing a dream or goal.

I decided to flip the script for him and show him the reasons why I know he’d succeed at said venture.

It’s super hard to do but sometimes we need to take a factual look at ourselves, our body of work and the relationships around us to see “Hey I CAN do this.”

How’s my character and integrity? How are my achievements and body of work? Am I unapologetically me?

I think if you can ask yourself these 3 questions and smile and have peace in your heart or at least have someone in your life that can speak those things to you… we’ll then .. it’s time to put your foot on the gas.

The other positive is when asking these questions if you’re unsure or not happy with what you get back hey, you can always build and work on those things.

Flip. The. Script.

What’s stopping you? Go to work.

AVA GEEZE OF THIS ADLAY!

Last night’s session was tea as they say.

But here is the kicker …

The vids are 10 weeks apart.
Same reps.
Same weight.

One on the left was 28 July, one on the right last night.

I knew it was my best triple to date but when @nicstrength came up for a yarn and he asked how the session was going it clicked that he spotted me for the last time I did it and we got to watch the difference together haha.

The video on the left was from bracing 56 seconds I think originally the right video was low 40s.

Chur to @flickasaurus_rex for having my back and cuing me up to stay with it. Love it!

Weight : 165kg / 364lbs

I AM STOKED!!!!
