Eddy från Hummusson visar hur deras spenat-manaeesh tillagas, med en surdeg som fått fermentera i hela 72 timmar. Här toppas den med bland annat spenat, paprikapuré, rostad lök, sumak och granatäpplesirap. Vill du ha lite mer hetta går den även att få spicy 🌶️⁠

Recap from last night 💜🍂

We are so grateful and happy for everybody who chose to spend their evening with @injoy.creativeclub and dive deep into creativity and vision-making 😌

Everybody left with a clearer picture of their dreams and what they aspire to this fall, plus a jar with some goodies from us and a couple of affirmations to keep the cozy vibes going 📝🫙

Big thanks to @hummusson for letting us use their space and to @triangelnmalmo for hosting this evening ✨

Some people do more than say yes—they make you feel that they truly believe in what you are trying to build.

Ibra is one of those people.

From the moment we spoke about A Kilometre of Hope, his enthusiasm was immediate, generous and wonderfully positive.

He understood that this journey is not simply about running 42.2 kilometres. It is about bringing people together, sharing something meaningful and helping children, young people and families affected by cancer.

That sense of warmth and togetherness also lies at the heart of @hummusson

For Ibra, hummus is part of a family tradition stretching back three generations. At Hummusson, people are welcomed not as customers, but as guests and friends—and offered food made with the warmth and hospitality of a family kitchen.

Hummusson is also built around care for the world beyond its doors. Its food is entirely vegan, and sustainability is central to how the restaurant operates, from its ingredients to its use of recycled and recyclable materials.

It is a place built on food, family, friendship and the belief that everyone should feel welcome.

Those values make Hummusson a beautiful addition to the community now forming around Malmö Marathon.

By kilometre 27, the easy opening stages of the race will be behind me. The challenge will be growing, and every reminder that I am not travelling alone will matter.

When I reach that kilometre on 3 October, I will think of Ibra, his extraordinary positivity and the warmth with which he chose to support this journey.

Thank you, Ibra—not only for becoming a Companion, but for believing in the project with such genuine enthusiasm.

Your encouragement means more than you may realise.

Kilometre 27 belongs to Hummusson.
