POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
Dad, I miss you so much. With each birthday, I feel your absence more and more. I carry your love and lessons with me every day-how you taught me to be strong, to laugh even in hard times, how to talk to people honestly and directly, and to always follow my heart. I still hear your advice in my mind, and it guides me in everything I do. I wish I could tell you how much I’ve learned from you, and how your lessons keep shaping me even now.

I continue to write my story. taken in Magyar Állami Operaház by @hun15

In 2012, I first discovered the @6876 brand. Twelve years later, I was unexpectedly given the opportunity to meet Kenneth Mackenzie, the visionary behind 6876, during a work collaboration with @w2_store . To my delight, he graciously agreed to a brief, impromptu interview.

While the questions might appear straightforward at first glance, answering them with depth and clarity requires profound knowledge and genuine passion for design qualities Kenneth possesses in abundance.

Thank you for taking the time to share your insights; it means a great deal to me.

@w2_store Thank you so much for this amazing opportunity. It’s inspiring to see how you’ve stayed true to the store’s original style, maintaining its character and charm.

2023-2026

You do unique and challenging work. You help people recover from injuries, and that takes a lot of energy, knowledge, and talent. Working with people is hard, and not everyone has that ability.

I simply want to thank @niko.rehab for the long journey we’ve shared. We’ve accomplished a lot together, and even if we didn’t achieve everything we wanted, I’ve realised that isn’t the most important thing. I hope this journey has taught you a lot how to fight while living in a foreign country, where to find the strength to keep moving, and how to continue even when things get difficult.

You are still very young, with plenty of time ahead to develop yourself, deepen your knowledge, and improve your skills. You’ve already learned so much, and I hope you continue to explore, travel, discover new things, and grow every day.

Moving to a new place involves the kind of risk and experience that helps us grow. We don’t always know what lies ahead, but this step brings new discoveries and the chance to learn something new. And I am truly glad you were able to take this step.

I can say with confidence, drawing on my own life experience, that you are creating a unique product in Scotland. Few people realise this yet, but the time will come. Just keep moving forward.

A long journey still lies ahead of you, my friend.

And let @nika__kelekhsashvili serve as a small reminder of the heights that can be reached. by @hun15

There is so much artificiality in the world now.

Love has become artificial, joy has become artificial; everything has become staged.

We are entering a time that is fascinating, yet also very difficult. Many of you fail to see this because you are simply living within your own comfort zones.

I wish many of you would just stop and savor the moment.

Stop chasing after things. Stop chasing some specific ideal of beauty. You are already beautiful and perfect; nature created you exactly as you are, so cherish that.

Many people lack the ability to see, hear, and so on. Yet so many of us take these things for granted while constantly chasing after something else.

Stop chasing after money that thing you can never truly catch, though you only realize it when it’s too late.

Value the people in your life.

And most importantly, listen less to all those bloggers especially the ones trying to sell you something. There is nothing real or authentic there; it’s all bullshit.

The world becomes a fascinating place when you accept yourself as you are and move forward in the way *you* want, rather than trying to please others.

Stop chasing. Stop pretending. Stop trying to become what someone else tells you that you should be.

You are already beautiful and perfect.

Cherish the moment. Value the people in your life. Accept yourself as you are and move forward in the way *you* want.

As for me, I will keep moving toward my goal slowly and with difficulty but one day, I hope, I will reach that very summit. by @hun15

We become better, more interesting, more intelligent so that someone might love us.
But the smarter we become, the harder it is to meet those who can truly understand us.

To everyone I’ve met along the way lectures , classmates, and friends thank you. You’ve shaped this experience more than you can imagine.

And to my parents thank you for being proud of me throughout this journey. Thank you for the opportunity to study in different countries, to learn new languages, and to grow into someone who can speak honestly and directly.

Another milestone passed, something new and unknown lies ahead but for now, I’m just here, in the present, without any masks. taken in Glasgow, United Kingdom by @hun15

My month and my conclusions

You know why I wrote this, because this topic was brought up at the Sunday mass a priest told about it /.
And I tried to write down here his thoughts, which he tried to convey today to everyone who attended the mass.

Each of us has a unique ability that no machine can truly replicate: the ability to think, feel, question, and create from our own experience.

Yet with the rise of artificial intelligence and digital technology, many of us have stopped noticing the small things around us. We consume more information than ever before, but spend less time reflecting on it. We communicate constantly, yet genuine conversations seem increasingly rare.

Many people feel more comfortable expressing themselves online than speaking face-to-face. We have thousands of connections but often struggle to connect. At the same time, education is becoming more focused on finding the right answer than learning how to think independently.

Another trap of the digital age is comparison. We spend hours watching bloggers, influencers, and other people’s lives, forgetting the most important thing: their path is not ours. The more we try to gain approval from others, the further we move away from ourselves.

You don’t have to live according to other people’s expectations. You don’t need everyone to agree with your choices. Real freedom begins when you stop seeking validation and start living according to your own values, goals, and beliefs.

Technology can make life easier, but it should not replace curiosity, creativity, independent thinking, or genuine human connection. The challenge today is not competing with artificial intelligence it’s remembering what makes us human. by @hun15

I don’t have any injuries or anything else preventing me from returning to running. I’m simply experiencing psychological difficulties due to the challenges of living in a foreign country.

If you still think cupping therapy doesn’t work, take a look at this therapist’s @massage_cheselta and see how it’s used with world-class athletes.

Thank you for always helping me recover and get back in shape. @niko.glasgow by @hun15
