The Martini Bar at Hawksmoor in St Pancras Renaissance Hotel is a shining light ✨✨✨ A compelling menu, charming staff, all housed within luscious surrounds. It’s both civilised and sexy 🔥 I even heard those beef-dripping hash browns might be making a comeback on the snacks menu. The @noodleinnuk_ in Soho, London recently went viral for their fresh, hand-pulled Biang Biang noodles 🍜 But is it worth the hype?? 🤷🏿‍♀️ YESSSS ✅ I tend to be a pretty harsh critic, but the noodles were chewy and addictively moreish. The beef rib fell off the bone. All cloaked in spicy chilli oil. Authentic and on point. NOTTING HILL CARNIVAL 🥳💃🏽🍺🍗🤡🤯💥 it’s nearly here. I spoke with @official_levi_roots to find the best stalls/places to eat banging Caribbean food. Among the music, madness, sweat and frenzied dance… there’s gotta be jerk, rice&peas with plantain. Oh… and some goat curry. Over the moon to join the @winefolly crew!⁣ 😍🙌🏾🥳 ⁣(as a Guest Author, but I’ll take it 😉)⁣ ⁣ Just had my first article published with Wine Folly ‘Sparkling Red Wine – Misunderstood and Utterly Delicious’  Double whammy of joy, as I’ve always been a massive fan of the site (they helped pull me through my WSET Exams)… better still, Sparkling 🍷 is a style l genuinely adore and advocate.  ⁣The star of the show is Australian Sparkling Shiraz… possibly the most delicious wine you’ve never tasted 💥 Despite being Indian/Sri Lankan & living in London, I was born in 🇦🇺 and am 💯 Aussie. Interesting choices like Kotsifali (Greek varietal) to voluptuous Amarone (Italian DOCG) can be purchased by the bottle / glass.
