Matching energy. Matching mindset. Matching fits.

This isn’t just activewear — it’s the uniform for those who train hard, laugh loud and stay focused.

Better foot strength, improved balance, more stability, and a stronger connection with the ground. Training barefoot can help you move more naturally and improve control during your lifts🙏🏻

Of course, I didn’t film every single attempt, but there were sooooo many of them. When I was little, I could easily do this exercise 30 times in a row, but unfortunately, I lost that skill 😅😅 Still, it looks like I’m getting back into my prime—if I managed to pull it off even like this, I promise I’ll be able to perfect the move!
Just keep going 💪🏼
