Funny how life comes full circle. The work I once dreaded became the foundation for everything we’re building today. Grateful for the trust, support, and team that made it possible. Here We Are!

September, across a few of our sites.

We completed the foundation at our Altadena rebuild, broke ground in the Palisades, and wrapped construction at our new Ocean Park office.

And that’s only a quarter of the projects underway at HWA.

A lot moving across LA. More to come in October.

Breaking ground in the Palisades. 🌴

A major milestone for our clients, and one that means even more in a neighborhood rebuilding together.

We’re grateful to be part of this next chapter and hopeful for what’s ahead for the Palisades community. Most of all, we can’t wait to help bring this family home.

The rebuild begins.

A few behind-the-scenes frames from the Saint x HWA media day at the Kings Residence.

This one was a long time in the making. Months of planning, testing, pivots, and plenty of trial and error.

Built, not bought. The shared philosophy that brought @saintjewels & HWA Construction together.

Full circle moment,

In 2024 @hwaconstruction helped bring our studio to life, completing the entire thing in just 21 days.

Fast forward two years, and we’ve now partnered with @hwaconstruction working alongside their team on creative direction and helping bring their work to life through our lens.

A few moments from one of their most recent homes, designed and built by Here We Are Construction.

Wood 🤝 Stainless Steel

Not the most obvious pairing. That’s exactly why it works.

Warmth of wood against sharp stainless steel. Throughout Kings, traditional European millwork meets stainless steel to keep the home from leaning too far in either direction.
