WHAT A MORNING!!!!💛💛💛 Feeling so grateful for my health & for the fact that I am able to do this! Here’s my training journal entry/reflection (if ya feel like reading;): I freaking needed a run like this! The weather was stunning, I ran into my queen @lifewithcgrill and my body felt great! I actually just couldn’t stop smiling and giggling the whole time HAHA. Something that I continue to learn through training for a marathon is that not all of my runs are gonna go like this one. Tbh sometimes it really sucks. But then you have a magical run that changes your whole outlook on life - and that’s the whole point. You realize you couldn’t have done it and wouldn’t appreciate it nearly as much without some crappy ones mixed in there. My last couple long runs have been rough (with getting sick and just being in my head the past couple weeks). After a couple bad runs, it’s easy to tell yourself you’re not progressing, but that leads me to my next lesson hahah: how important it is to root for yourself & to be KIND to yourself ESPECIALLY when things are hard. Running is so mental and being your own biggest cheerleader is a necessity. ONLY 8 MORE WEEKS until the Honolulu marathon 🌺🌊🌴 and I am more amped than ever. Tune in for 18 miles next week wooo!!!😉 #prayformyknees by @hwillyfit
Honolulu Marathon 2025. A day I could never possibly forget!!!!🌺🌊💛🏃🏼‍♀️ It’s hard to find the words to sum up this journey, but I’m going to try. It might sound dramatic, but running has changed the way I see life for the better. Training for a marathon and dealing with an injury, all while experiencing so much change in this season of my life has truly taught me so much about myself. Above all, it’s taught me that with the courage to believe in yourself, anything really is possible. Reflecting on the outpour of love from family, friends, and strangers that has been the result of training for this marathon is wild. The amount of positivity and inspiration I’ve found through this hobby of mine is beyond incredible! Going into this race, I was all nerves. I hadn’t run much at all since mid October due to a knee injury and had no idea if I’d even finish, but I knew that not trying wasn’t an option. Still can’t believe I did it!! I love my family. I love my friends. I love running, and I can’t wait to run another one someday soon(ish) lol. 🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵 (P.s. swipe to the end to see the reality of leaving to run your first marathon when it’s pouring rain at 3:30 a.m.) by @hwillyfit

A lil dumbbell only shoulder actioonnnn!!!! Shoulder day is my FAV so thought I’d share an altered travel version of what I’d normally do at the gym!!🤭🤸🏼‍♂️🫧🌈 ⭐️3x12 seated shoulder press ⭐️Superset (repeat x3) - 12 upright rows - 12 steering wheels (each side)(would switch for a plate at the gym) ⭐️3x12 around the worlds ⭐️3x12 lateral raises ⭐️3x12 tricep dips (would normally use a plate on my legs to make these a lil more challenging!!) ⭐️I always start an upper bod day with some hanging knee raises to activate the abs & then do my full ab routine after!!! #bouldershoulders #lol #gym #workout by @hwillyfit
Sunday mornings are for long runs!!!!🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️ & this was a good one 😁 Started off with @_frankiewilson_ & @veronica_summers_ and then we split up before reuniting at my fav Tampa coffee shop ☕️🤍 We’ve got the Gasparilla 15k in about 2 weeks and I can’t lie I’m a little nervyyyy!! My goal is just to beat my time from last year (8:50 avg pace) … but I just have no idea how it’s gonna feel and that’s speedy for me haha😳 main goal is to do my best and HAVE FUN tho by @hwillyfit

What a freaking year of ups & downs & surprising myself & experiencing new things!!! 🤸‍♂️🌷🫧🦋 Making this little recap reminded me of just how much happened in 2025. I learned so much about myself this past year. Here are some things I did: ⭐️ Ran my first race longer than a 5k. Completed my first 15k in February & first half marathon in March both with my best friend & sis @_frankiewilson_ ⭐️ Learned how to make so many new recipes! Made a lot of egg bites and frittatas hahah ⭐️ Moved into a new house… again!! ⭐️ Found new running routes & saw some top notch sunrises & sunsets ⭐️ Had a blast visiting my girl @livmcin in NYC and had maybe my favorite run of the year there. Idk what it was but I had a 9 mile run along the west side highway that was literally euphoric & I still think about. ⭐️ Went on some mini weekend trips - including some fam time in Melbourne beach!! ⭐️Met @lifewithcgrill on a run & found the sweetest friendship!! Also cheered her on at the St. Pete Runfest half! #comebacktotampa ⭐️ Went to lots of PT ⭐️ Ran my first marathon in Honolulu!!! ⭐️Had a life-changing time in Hawaii with my best friends @ccarlymcc & @sieannashannon <3 ⭐️ Hiked Haleakala on Maui - coolest hike of my life! These are just some of the good moments of 2025, but looking back on this year, I’m also so grateful for the hard moments too. Every lesson leads us to exactly where we need to be!!!!! I can’t wait to see what happens next. I have a goooood feeling about 2026 ;) by @hwillyfit
