AJ1 Chicago 1994

The first-ever retro of one of the most iconic colorways in sneaker history.
Initially released in 1985, the Chicago has returned many times, each release differing in shape, materials and construction. Most recently, the “Reimagined” version tried to recreate the look of an ’85 pair aged over four decades.

But these 94s dont need to fake their age. And are still fully wearable which is rare.

Yellowed midsoles, bleeding paint, cracked black leather — flaws on any other pair, but character on these. Nothing manufactured or artificially distressed. Every imperfection is a piece of history.

Two different ideas of innovation side by side.

The Nike Zoom MMW 004, designed by Matthew Williams tries to push the traditional performance sneaker design further. He takes familiar running-shoe language and turns it into something more technical, sculptural and almost mechanical.

The design for Nike Air Max 1000.2 is more fundamental. It rethinks how a sneaker is made altogether. 3D printing removes much of the traditional manufacturing process and turns the shoe into something that can be designed, printed and reimagined digitally.

One evolves the sneaker, the other reinvents the process behind it.

Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance MT10T “Olive”

EU 37.5 - best fits EU 37!

Probably one of the more underrated New Balance collabs this year.

These definitely feel different from the usual ALD pairs. Lightweight build, barefoot-inspired shape and aggressive Vibram sole gives them more of a technical outdoor vibe while still looking clean enough for everyday wear. The mix of trail functionality and refined ALD detailing is what makes this pair stand out.

Street armour for rainy city runs

latest collab from Palace x Nike on the classic Air Max 95 silhouette.

These definitely stand out from latest 95 releases. Detailing is on point, the silver finish from the toe transitioning to dark black going to the heel is something we haven’t seen before. Netting is also completely different, the holes are much wider and are 3M. Of course the Palace branding is almost on every possible spot where it can be placed, even inside the air unit…

They definitely look better with the light blue laces instead of black ones.
