I am thankful for @basipilates and the happiness it brings to my Pilates journey. Especially huge thanks to @ilariabasipilates and Maria / Maria and Ilaria for showing intangible qualities of every movement. As you said in the lecture, I’ll keep in mind that an inspirational person, not an informative one, is the true teacher🙏🥹💗

All the way from South Korea to Jakarta — we are so glad you came! 🙌

A huge thank you to Faculty Lee Nara @i___n.a for leading Modules 5 - 8 with us this May 2026. Watching her teach is something else — every movement is precise, every correction is purposeful, every moment in class means something.

This is what we believe at BASI Pilates Indonesia. 🌍

Our students deserve the best — not just locally, but globally. When you train with us, you get access to world-class educators who bring international teaching standards right here to Jakarta. No need to fly across the world to experience it.

Great education should not have borders. And we mean that. 💛

So grateful for this one. Thank you, Lee Nara. 🌸

Hey BASI Batch 7 students... you're in for something new 🔥

For the first time ever, Nara Lee is landing in the Philippines to be your BASI CGP Faculty for June!

Nara Lee has completed BASI’s Comprehensive, Mentor, and Master (1 & 2) programs, with further training under the BASI Pilates Academy, including the F2 System by Rael Isacowitz, and specialization in scoliosis and spinal conditions. She also served as a BASI Instructor at BASI Pilates Gongdeok from 2019 to 2023 and is currently a BASI Faculty member at BASI Pilates Korea.

So exciting. See you all soon, students! ❤️ by @i___n.a
