The past few days have been nothing short of amazing. 🥹✨

BASI GCP Modules 1 to 4 ✅

It’s incredible how passion quietly grows into something even bigger when you least expect it. Every module reminded me why I started this journey in the first place. Can't believe it's been more than 2 years since I started Pilates.

So grateful to have learned from our first BASI faculty, Nara. A true Pilates princess ✨ graceful, strong, and so generous with her knowledge. Watching her teach the beautiful balance between the art and the science of Pilates was genuinely inspiring. 🤍

And to all the new friends I met along the way, thank you for making this experience even more special. Here’s to more learning, more practice, more questions, and so much more growth.

Practice, practice… and more practice. ✨🤍

❤️💕✨

We will miss you, Nara! 💕

The Achis （姐姐）of BASI CGP8 💕

haha age is just a number 😅

Volunteered and was tasked with Teaser Prep! ✨ Took so much notes for this!

Pilates Princess Nara 💕

On day 3, someone finally asked Nara about her Pilates makeup secrets. 😂 and she graciously did a "what's in my pouch" reveal hahaha

She was flawlessly demonstrating every exercise, cueing the entire class, watching everyone’s form… and somehow still looked effortlessly fresh the whole time.

Taking notes on Pilates and the glow-up. ✨🤍
