ARTIST INTRODUCTION

NAME: VENTEE

Hailing from Soweto, South Africa, Ventee is a deep house DJ and producer whose sound is rooted in storytelling, culture, and soul. More than simply selecting tracks or creating beats, Ventee sees music as a living archive—one that preserves memories, celebrates community, and connects people across generations.

Inspired by the rich musical heritage of Soweto and the emotional depth of deep house, Ventee crafts immersive sonic journeys that blend soulful melodies, hypnotic rhythms, and atmospheric grooves. Every performance is an opportunity to tell a story, creating experiences that move both the body and the spirit.

As a modern-day griot in music, Ventee embraces the role of storyteller through sound, using each set and production to express emotion, history, and everyday life. His passion for music goes beyond entertainment; it is a calling to inspire, unite, and leave audiences with lasting memories.
