I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO PROUD OF
my entire class. When I told them they were going to learn this new move and I showed it to them. I got the stare.

When I broke it down step by step and they finally got it , the celebration was so satisfying to watch.

Did I mention that I was proud? Ladies you killed it in class today and I am honoured to be apart of your STEP JOURNEY.

My community is the BEST❤️❤️❤️❤️

Dropped my son to Volleyball Practice and did a few #Burpees. While I cheered for myself there was a teacher who also came and cheered for me.

Today I felt so exhausted, but I was reminded that I was doing what I prayed for and what I love.

Class 1: 10am
Class 2: 1pm

These blessings are literally flowing over and I am grateful. Before I forget. Let me just stop and give my Lord and saviour all the glory

I am so grateful for every door that has opened. Every opportunity that I didn’t see coming.

Thankful for people who mentions my name when i’m not in the room.

Thankful you for people who sees me as an Ally and not their competitor.

Today was a huge reminder of how blessed I am. Imagine being tired because you’re doing the things you prayed for. I am blessed 🙏🏾
