Was aiming to get the provincial total of 580kg and got 622.5kg. Went for last deadlift as a joke but ended up making the lift. Having had a pretty major knee surgery in April I’m very happy with how I’m progressing and look forward to going to the provincial championship in November. Special thanks to @ironsisterhood for putting on a great meet and thanks to @bischjacob @ethan_akerman for handling
